URH DJ Application

Thank you for your interest in being a URH DJ! This application form must be filled out by all interested parties. Please have co-hosts also fill out a separate DJ application. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. You will hear back from a URH staff member within a few days!

PART 2 - SHOW INFORMATION

Our Program Schedule is broken up into individual shows of many different genres. To differentiate between shows, we ask all DJs to come up with a show name and a DJ name. Try to be creative, or just use your name. If you don't know yet, please just enter "will decide later." If you have a co-host, please enter their information here. Your co-host must fill out their own DJ application.

PART 3 - SHOW FORMAT INFORMATION

In order to determine how your show fits URH's mission and program schedule, we need to know what exactly you plan to do for your show. The following questions ask you to explain your show format, genres that may appear on your show, and a little bit about your reliability. All of this information is required, so please fill it out completely.

We require two references to ensure the professionalism and reliability of potential URH DJs and staff. References must be from the professional realm (employer, teacher, etc.), and may not be personal. References should be able to provide proof of your potential benefit to the station. PART 6 - TIMESLOT

Please list the times that you would be available to host a show. Please keep in mind that shows are generally 2-3 hours. The Program Director will choose a timeslot that best fits the flow of the schedule. This field is required, so please fill it out completely.
