Board Of Media Broadcasting
The Board Of Media Broadcasting is the governing body for University Radio Hilo. The BOMB establishes the radio station’s budget, hires and manages station staff, and creates station policy. The Board is made up of:
5 students (UHH, HawCC)
2 staff/faculty members (To serve as the voice of the University)
2 community members (As a connection to the community we serve)
The URH General Manager is also a member.
We are always looking for energetic and dedicated people to fill up the BOMB. If you are interested, please contact the BOMB Chair!
The BOMB usually meets every week in our office, HawCC’s Hale Aloha building room 102. Unless otherwise specified, the meetings are open to the public.
The BOMB is on vacation for the Summer. Our next regular meeting will be in the Fall Semester.

KeKoa Graham
The Chairperson does it all. He is the spokesman for the organization, runs meetings, delegates duties, and keeps timelines.
KeKoa has been with URH for a long time now, tirelessly working to make music better!
BOMB Vice Chair
Kylene Bargamento
The Vice Chair attends meetings, helps make policy changes, accounts for staff office hours, and fills in for the Chair when he becomes deathly ill.
Kylene is an energetic new BOMB member, and we are happy to have her on board, or on the board at least!
BOMB Secretary
Taylor Nuzzo
The secretary takes the minutes and keeps all the important documents and records.
Taylor, a UHH student, is new to the BOMB this and we are very happy she’s with us.
BOMB Treasurer
Theo Fujita
At-Large voting UHH/HawCC student BOMB member. The treasurer keeps the books for the BOMB.
Theo has really found his calling helping the BOMB as it’s fiscal coordinator.

Angie Carr
At-Large voting BOMB member.
Angie is invloved in the UHH drama/dance scene, and a UHH student. Luckily, she somehow still finds time to help the BOMB out!

David Kilborn, Jr.
As an at-Large UHH student voting BOMB member, David is another link between the BOMB and the student population here at UHH. The BOMB’s student members are what keep us student owned, and student operated! We couldn’t do it without them.

Donnie Maunakea
Community members (non-voting) provide the BOMB with concerns from a community perspective.
Donnie lives and works here, DJ’s for URH, and sings in a band.

URH Staff BOMB Member
Sam Wilhoite
The URH GM serves as an ex-officio, non-voting member of the BOMB. He provides a direct link between the BOMB and URH.
