Are you a responsible, motivated and enthusiastic person, eager to serve the students of UHH and HawCC? We need student members to serve on the Board Of Media Broadcasters, otherwise known as the BOMB.The BOMB oversees University Radio Hilo, and makes important decisions about station staff and policy. BOMB members are given the heavy responsibility of helping run our popular and successful radio station. The duties and commitments can be found on the BOMB section of our website.
The successful applicants must be students in good academic standing, enrolled in at least 6 credits (at either UHH or HawCC), and will begin their term after a short training period. Everyone is encouraged to apply, and student BOMB members will receive a stipend (amount to be determined). Serving on the BOMB is a great way to help make your radio station better, and give back to your university. Plus it looks great on your future Grad school/Job applications!
